Customer Service Week 2024: Celebrating Customer Service Week 2024 was a celebration of dedication, teamwork, and the Above and Beyond spirit across the business unit. The week was filled with inspiring speeches, staff recognition, and a reaffirmation of our commitment to putting customers first. Kickoff & Leadership Address The celebrations began with a warm breakfast and motivational speeches. Monica Aliko, Customer Service Representative, delivered an inspiring keynote on the value of teamwork and dedication, while Ali Dar, Country Director, Tanzania, reinforced the Above and Beyond mindset and its alignment with The Scania Way. Their words reminded us of the importance of prioritising our customers and supporting one another as a team. 3
