DL2 Column Kit The DL2 Column Kit offers convenience for the industrial workstation designer and builder. One box includes everything you need: DL2 electric lifting column(s), control box (CBD6S), operating panel (DPF), and cables. Design and build with a single column a parallel system with 2, 3 or 4 columns - or combine parallel kits, up to 16 columns in multi-parallel systems. The factory mounted end plates offer easy installation. Start by downloading the associated documentation and implement the 3D drawings in the design phase. There are four different kits: • DL2 Column Kit - Single (DL2S0002DK) • DL2 Column Kit - 2-parallel (DL2P0002DK) • DL2 Column Kit - 3-parallel (DL2P0005DK) • DL2 Column Kit - 4-parallel (DL2P0007DK) DL2 Column Kit | 2 Lifting column specifications • Type • Max. load • Max. speed • Stroke length • Installation dimension • Max. bending moment • Weight • Material • Colour 2-stage electric lifting column 150 kg (push only) 15 mm / sec with no load 500 mm 655 mm (fully retracted incl. mounting plates) 200 Nm dynamic / 250 N static 15 kg Anodised aluminium Grey with black end plates Column kit usage • Operating panel • Mains voltage • Duty cycle • Operating temperature • Storage temperature • Relative humidity • Atmospheric pressure • Altitude Up / down arrows (black) 230 V Max. 10% ≈ max. 2 minutes continuous use followed by 18 minutes pause 5 to 40 °C -10 to +50 °C 20 to 80% at 30 °C 700 to 1060 hPa Max. 2,000 m

Max. bending moment is a way to express the resistance toward heavy off-centre loads without causing mechanical failure. The bending moment can be measured as either dynamic (during operation) or static (when stopped). What is duty cycle? When building a machine or a workstation, it is important to consider how often the lifting column system is operated. The DL2 column kits are rated with a duty cycle of 10%. This means that after max. 2 minutes of continuous use it is necessary to pause for 18 minutes. This limitation will ensure a long service life and optimal performance. How many columns can you operate in parallel? The kits are offered as either a single system or 2-4 parallel. The parallel system will ensure that all columns operate simultaneously and stay aligned when moving. With the intelligent control box it is possible to set up a multi-parallel system with up to 16 columns. For more information regarding this, please reach out to your local LINAK ® office. Will the speed increase if I reduce the load? The short answer is “yes”. The DL2 is a powerful lifting column, which means that it consumes a lot of energy - in particular when running with a full load. By monitoring the current consumption, the control box regulates the speed of the column to ensure smooth operation. Where do I find system drawings, 3D models etc.? We recognise the importance of having access to system drawings, which feature all the parts included in the kits, as well as to 3D models during the design phase. Therefore, you can locate these on the product page for DL2 column kits.
