With our whistleblower scheme, we have established a widely accessible mechanism where employees, external stakeholders and third parties can report human rights violations anonymously and without fear of reprisals. Labour rights In all DLG Group companies, we respect the human rights that the ILO (The International Labor Organization) has declared as fundamental rights in the workplace. This means that we also respect fundamental rights such as freedom of association, the right to collective bargaining and the right not to be subjected to forced labour, child labour or discrimination. We continuously incorporate them into our own business, and we encourage our partners to do the same. In the DLG Group, we support the right of employees to organise and bargain collectively. We work closely with trade unions and employee representatives to promote a dialogue-based culture of collaboration. The well-being, health and safety of our employees is important to us. Therefore, it is a priority for us to ensure healthy and safe working conditions. At the same time, we invest in our employees' training and development to support their personal and professional development. To ensure the above, we – as for human rights in general – continuously assess our business for circumstances that may adversely affect rights. This includes, among other things, identifying potential risks in the business units and implementing measures that can prevent, minimize or prevent adverse impacts associated with our business or services we purchase from third parties. In the DLG Group, we strive to have safe working conditions, a healthy working environment and create equal opportunities for our employees and business partners regardless of gender, background, ethnicity, religion, age, sexuality, etc. This includes compliance with legislation and collective agreements that ensure fair wages, rest and leisure, anti-discrimination and equal pay. Environment and climate We continuously work to minimize the negative impact of our activities on the environment by focusing on resource efficiency. We monitor our activities and the impact of our products on the environment. Resource efficiency is good for both the environment and business. Therefore, we are working to reduce our consumption of resources, just as we are working to minimize waste and waste volumes. We have set ambitious targets for how we will reduce greenhouse gas emissions from our own operations and from the value chain. To deliver on them, it's crucial that we take a data-driven approach and continuously report on progress and initiatives. At the same time, we link our climate and environmental ambitions closely to the business and create incentives that oblige us to deliver on them.

It is crucial for us that our climate goals are scientifically based. Therefore, at the beginning of 2022, we joined the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), which in 2023 validated our climate targets. We want to protect and promote biodiversity in our operations and supply chains, and we have policies in place to avoid deforestation in connection with our production. We will set targets for biodiversity – both in terms of our own impact, that of our owners and the areas of the world where we import raw materials from. The work has continued in the development phase, but the goal is some clear guidelines that can be used in our value chain together with our partners on a knowledge-based and data-driven basis. Anti-corruption In the DLG Group, we do not accept corruption and fraud in any form, including – but not limited to – bribery, extortion or nepotism. With our anti-corruption policy, we work actively to prevent fraud and corruption. The most significant risks in anti-corruption and bribery are related to employees' interaction with third parties. Therefore, no employee may accept or offer bribes and/or be part of corrupt activities of any kind. No employee will be punished or dismissed for refusing to pay bribes or refusing to participate in corruption, even though it may mean that DLG loses a business opportunity. The prohibition against bribery in the DLG Group applies without exception. We train our employees to ensure that everyone is aware of their responsibilities and the ethical standards we expect. With our whistleblower scheme, we have established a widely accessible mechanism where employees, external stakeholders and third parties can report human rights violations anonymously and without fear of reprisals.
