Depending on the type of surgery you should start exercising the day after surgery. Exercises can be found on our website or you will be instructed by a physiotherapist in 2-3 days. Because of local anesthetic in your shoulder (lasts for about 10-20 hours), you are not able to use your arm during that time. The day after surgery you may use your arm and shoulder as directed by the nurse. Follow the instructions in the brochure.
