MEASURING STANDARD SOLUTION RECOMMENDED MEASUREMENT TOOLS: Laser distance meter Ruler Spirit level (1.5-2 m) Camera A guide for successful measuring (standard solution) • NOTE! Start by checking whether the floor is level. • If the floor is level, use two small blocks to place the laser distance meter/ruler at the highest points (3 places). Based on this, you can determine whether the ceiling is slanted (always order your configuration using the smallest measure). Measure the height where the doors are to be located (standard depth – 68 cm). • If there is a slant, evaluate whether you need a carcass, a bottom/top or both. • Inspect the wall(s) for slants and specify the smallest width measure (measure the width at three different heights). • NOTE! When using adapters in niche solutions, remember to subtract at least 6-8 mm for the interior behind the doors in order to take into account any slants. In case of external panels in a niche, subtract from the total width. Useful advices: • Check the location of sockets, radiators, skirting, edge tiles etc. in relation to the location of the wardrobe. • Take a picture of the place where the wardrobe will be installed to use as help when drawing the wardrobe in the store.
