ACCESS CONTROL - AC300 HIGHEST FLEXIBILITY FOR YOUR CHANGING CAPAPCITY NEEDS SECO INVENTORY MANAGEMENT The AC300 is our next-generation industrial vending machine. Using a dual-tambour system to provide point-of-use access to industrial supplies, this patented bin shelf system, paired with a flexible tambour style door, gives you the ability to eliminate vertical bin “height” waste that is common with fixed door industrial machines. DISPENSE SQUARE PACKAGES OR BOXES Specifically designed to dispense square or rectangular boxes or packages, the AC300 eliminates the need for repackaging items to fit in helix coil machines or carousels with radiused bins. Variable bin sizes from 50 mm height to 1524 mm height allow to increase the capacity of an industrial vending machine by 30% while adding highest flexibility. In its most dense (smallest) bin size configuration the AC300 provides for up to 987 bins in roughly the same footprint as our AC 100 cabinet. The AC300 comes with 620 standard shelves. Additional shelves to increase the capacitiy up to max. 987 bins can be provided upon request. QUICK CONFIGURATION AND ASSISTED ASSIGNMENT PROCESS The simple user interface takes maximum advantage of the bin density and flexibility by simply sliding shelves into a rack and can be reconfigured in minutes without tools. The machine comes with a high-resolution 19”touch display and offers an assisted bin assignment process which requires no additional preparation prior to the initial stock or load. Each AC300 is equipped by default with one USB connection. In case more than one auxilliary unit needs to be connected, a powered USB hub can easily to be added. YOUR CHALLENGE Your production needs to be stopped or is delayed due to unpredicable events that happen during operation such as scrap or unforseen bottlenecks which are caused by misplaced tools, out-of-stock inventory or simply by selecting the wrong tools for the job. OUR SOLUTION The AC300 puts you in control and this control comes in multiple layers. Keeping track of your inventory is of course one factor, which will enable you to optimize stock levels and follow tool usage trends. But it also provides control of shopfloor tool decisions, guiding your operators to the correct tool for the job and securely dispensing just what is needed. Additionally, it is also possible to return items, such as endmills and drills, which need to be reconditioned to stay on top of your tool quality.
