Sebra 2023 — — Commitment to Sustainability Due Diligence At Sebra Interior, we strive to act responsibly in our business's operation and development. Therefore, we commit ourselves to work systematically and dedicatedly with social responsibility. This will be achieved, among other things, by integrating the work of due diligence for sustainability. This commitment is based on internationally recognized principles (OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights) necessary for achieving sustainable development, including human rights, labor rights, environment (including climate and biodiversity), and anti-corruption. In our work on due diligence for sustainability, we have conducted risk mapping and assessment of where, as a company, we may have potentially the most significant negative impact on people, the environment, and society in our supply chains. We will address the potential and actual adverse effects we cause, contribute to, or are connected to through our business relationships, such as our suppliers. An environmental policy, a social responsibility policy, a procurement policy, our due diligence work procedure, and our Code of Conduct support our work on due diligence. Because responsibility is an ongoing process, we will continually develop our approach and efforts related to due diligence for sustainability and regularly review and update policies and procedures. In implementing due diligence for sustainability, we will involve our suppliers and other relevant organizations/persons. This commitment is approved by the board/top management, is publicly available on our website, and is communicated internally and externally.
