AMC Regional Talent Week At Scania, our people are our greatest asset, and we are committed to creating an environment where everyone has opportunities to grow and succeed. As part of this commitment, three participants from East Africa represented the region at the Africa, Middle East, and Central Asia (AMC) Regional Talent Week, held in Johannesburg, South Africa, from 2nd–4th September 2024. Amani Anitha (HR Business Partner, Tanzania), Henry Macharia (Workshop Manager, Kenya), and Wanjiru Njoroge (Marketing & Communications Executive, Kenya) took part in the programme, which focuses on building a strong talent pipeline, increasing awareness of development opportunities, and strengthening regional collaboration.
