#H1 - 2024 LIFE AT SCANIA Abigael Kutto’S STORY At only 24 years old, Abigael has made significant strides as a technician at our Nairobi workshop. Starting as an apprentice in August 2022, she completed a rigorous year-long training program and now specializes in electrical systems, retrofitting, troubleshooting, and maintenance of trucks and buses. She finds satisfaction in solving technical problems and seeing our customers’ vehicles return to operation. Kutto is a role model, advocating for more young women to pursue technical fields and seize the opportunities in the automotive industry. 2
