Dear Customers, Our latest CSIP newsletter is intended to update you on the progress with some of our initiatives designed to continuously improve Customer Satisfaction. In this issue we are taking the opportunity to feature one of our most important Satair initiatives, which we call ‘ready for pick-up in 24 hours’. Read more about it on pages 4 and 5.
