Congratulations on your new wardrobe We hope that your expectations of uno form will be fully met and that you will enjoy your new wardrobe for many years to come. We have chosen materials of uncompromising quality for your wardrobe. These have been shaped and refined in our work- shop, where we optimally combine traditional craftsmanship with the latest technology. We then add our brand, as your guarantee of world-class handmade quality. It is important that the wardrobe is installed and maintained correctly. Please read these installation instructions carefully before you begin. Warranty A 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects is provided on cabinets, metal profiles and LED lighting. Scratches, im- pacts and similar damage discovered after installation are not covered by the warranty. A 25-year warranty is provided on all moving mechanical metal parts such as drawer rails and hinges. For other products, the statutory 2-year warranty applies, sub- ject to the associated provisions. We assume that your new wardrobe is installed and maintained in line with our instructions. If this is not the case, the warranty will be affected. Faulty products must not be installed, and the warranty does not cover situations where items have been stored, installed or used incorrectly. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or if the wardrobe has been sub- jected to rough handling or has been cleaned with incorrect cleaning agents. Key measurements: 1. Always allow a distance to the finished wall of 43mm (with the wardrobe raised and level). Add the thickness of the wall panels (16mm) to this, so a total – including tolerance – of 60mm. 2. All shelf systems and drawer modules are 500mm deep, measured from the wall panel. 3. So the total depth measurement for planning purposes will be 60mm + 500mm = 560mm (+ any irregularities in the wall). 4. Panels are available in widths of 600mm and 900mm. The same applies to shelves and drawers. 5. Always allow 4mm gaps between the wall panels.
1. Prepare the room for installation Always start planning from a corner, unless the wardrobe is to be built along a wall. All walls and floors must be finished before installation. It is important that the walls are plumb and hollow before starting installation to achieve a perfect result. The built-in adjustment in the rack profile is only meant for fine adjustment. 2. Attach the metal brackets Slide the metal brackets into the vertical rack profile. Tighten the screw to secure the bracket using a 3mm Allen key. It is recommended to place brackets at 500 mm intervals. 3. Affix vertical rack profiles to the wall Affix the metal brackets to the wall. The number of screws, the quality of screws and wall plugs, and the composition of the walls will determine the load capacity of the wardrobe. We reccommend placing a metal bracket 770 mm from the floor corresponding to the upper edge of the bracket for the Copenhagen drawer. Fine-tune horizontal position and depth after installation.
