CLEARING OF YOUR STAND No products and exhibit materials may be removed from the stand without the written consent of the expo manager be- fore the expo closes on Thursday, 3 October, 5:00 p.m. Com- pressed air, water, drainage and electricity to the booths will be discontinued two hours after closing time on the last day of the expo. That way we have the best basis for direct- ing the ambulance quickly and safely from the gates to the person involved. ENTRY See backside EXHIBITOR RESTAURANT AND MEAL TICKETS The exhibitor restaurants is exclusively reserved for exhibitors. The exhibitor restaurants are located in Main building, En- trance West, 1st floor and in Hall F. They will be open all days of the expo during the hours of 11:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. You can pay with your meal tickets, Debit card and cash. FIRE SAFETY It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to follow all instructions from the fire authorities. The following are not permitted: –Exceeding the rented booth area, as the walking areas are emergency routes. –Blocking access to fire exits, fire equipment or views of fire signs and exits. –Having lit candles at the booth. –Using backroom spaces for storing empty packaging. –Displaying or storing fireworks, spray cans, bottles with flammable contents, pressure cylinders, etc. –All easily ignitable material used in the halls including artificial plants and flowers shall be impregnated with fire retardant. FLOWER SALES If you need to buy flowers during the construction period, you are welcome to contact the Gardener Hall by telephone at +45 9926 6009.
