This bulletin replaces Star Cool bulletin no. 00118 with effect from 1st Jan 2020. Below are the requirements that need to be met in the MCI system before any warranty review. Photos are required for all parts on the list. This is easily done through the warranty tab in the Star Cool service app. Minimum requirement is clear photos (clear parts including serial no.) including the container ID before and after repair.
