DL2 Column Kit | 2 This kit user manual does not replace the user manuals of the included products 1. Get your Plug & Play DL2 lifting column kit You will receive the following parts: • 1-4 DL2 lifting column(s) • Black end plates (factory mounted) • Control box CBD6S • Operating Panel DPF • Motor and mains cables • Optional mounting brackets 2. Mounting the column(s) and accessories Column(s) • Mount the lifting column with the largest profile downwards. The factory mounted end plates offer easy mounting of the columns to e.g. worktops and directly on the floor. Use M10 bolts for mounting. If mounting more than one column: Fixate all columns to the worktop. If the application needs to be fixated on a firm foundation/base, only fixate one column to the foundation/base to prevent the columns from bending if they do not move in perfect parallel. Control box and operating panel • Before mounting the control box to a surface, connect the plug and place the cable in the groove for cable relief. Mount the control box using two screws with a head diameter of 8-10 mm. Fasten the mounting screws with a max. torque of 1 Nm. • Mount the operating panel on a surface using the panel mounting bracket (914759). Click the panel into the bracket and it is fixed. Optional accessories Column mounting bracket: The mounting bracket (0578006) serves maximum design flexibility. Use it for e.g. a crossbar, a customised cover, for encapsulation, a control box or a computer. Mount it on the column using 2 x 8 mm screws. 3. Connect the column kit DL2 Column Kit | 3 Depending on how many columns there are in the kit, follow the corresponding guide below. 1. Connect the first lifting column to the 6-pin plug motor cable 1 and then connect to the control box 2 ; socket 1. 1.1. If 2-4 columns: Connect the 2 nd , 3 rd and 4 th lifting columns to sockets 2, 3 and 4 in sequence. 2. Connect the operating panel 3 to the control box 2 ; port A1 or A2. 3. Check that the voltage stated on the label on the control box corresponds to the mains power. Plug in the mains cable 4 and switch on the power. 4. Press and hold the arrow down button on the operating panel 3 until the column is fully retracted and stops running. The system is ready.
