Troubleshooting No data is received from the DS2. The main screen shows a yellow dot and a warning sign at one of the WiFi2LIN012 boxes. Try the following: 1. Check the DS2 connection. 1.1. Remove the DS2 from the WiFi2LIN012 box and plug it back in. 1.2. Check if the colour has changed on the main screen. Refresh the screen, if necessary. 2. Make sure the connected sensor is a DS2 - the Desk Tracking System will not work if a DS1 (Desk Sensor™ 1) is connected. Error messages In case a wrong password for the Wi-Fi network is entered, an error message will be displayed. The correct password must be entered before the WiFi2LIN012 boxes can be connected to the Wi-Fi network available at the location. Android phones need access to location and GPS in order to search for BLE devices. Ensure that both are turned on and access allowed. If Bluetooth is not enabled on the Android device, connection between the WiFi2LIN012 box and the app cannot be established, and the setup of the WiFi2LIN012 box cannot be performed. Page 23 of 29
