Create a fund for lifelong learning sustained by 50% government funding and 50& form members fee. The time spend by the employee is paid by the employer. 12 12. Develop a funding as a three-party solution – government provides financial support to universities for providing courses, companies use the universities supply as part of the competence development cycle, and employees get student loans or use personal savings accounts for competence development 13. There is a need for companies to invest as much in people, as in innovation/technology/automation 14.
