When Emma Løber was hired as a student assistant at Siemens Gamesa in January 2020, her plan was to continue on the MSc programme when she graduated as a BSc in mechanical engineering. But she quickly realised that the workplace had more to offer than the university. After three months, Emma was offered a full-time job as a Mechanical Design Engineer, and she happily accepted: “I realised that I would rather spend those two years on gaining experience and developing professionally.
