FlowCon mA/V Converter 06/2025 Installation and Operation Instruction The mA/V Converter, ACC40060 , is used in connection with 2-10V actuators (like FlowCon FN.0.2 and FlowCon FNP.0.2) and where a 4-20mA control signal and feedback signal are mandatory from the BMS. Installation Slide the supplied protection sleeve loosely over the group of wires from the actuator. Then con- nect the actuator wires to the screw terminals on the left side of the mA/V converter according to the wiring instructions on page 2. Next, connect the wires from the PSU and BMS to the right side of the mA/V converter, also following the wiring instructions. You can use the holes on the sides of the PCB to secure the mA/V converter to duct work or other structure or to relieve strain on the wires. Finally, pull the protection sleeve over the mA/V converter and heat-shrink it around the PCB (max. +125°C / +275°F for up to 45 seconds). Afterward, the open ends may be hermetically sealed with heat glue. Neither protection sleeve nor heat glue are mandatory but recommended to improve the IP rating. Orientation Upside-down installation is allowed along with the standard horizontal and vertical installation.
