FlowCon B Actuators 01/2025 Re-Calibration (B.0.2) To initiate a re-calibration process (which can only be done manually), press and release the push button on the PCB while the unit is in normal operation mode. The LED will remain lit, while the actua- tor travels to each end position. The LED will turn off when the process is complete and proceed to normal operation mode (according to control signal) with LED blinking slowly. If the stroke adjustment is set to less than 30°, an alarm will occur (LED will blink 2 times). DIP Switch Settings The valve functions are set on DIP switches found under the actuator cover. Factory setting for all switches is OFF.  FlowCon B.0.2 Actuator DIP switch Function ON #1 %  Normally Open % , CCW 90-0°  Factory setting %  Function OFF % Normally Close, CW 0-90° #2 No f % unction % #3 mA Control signal 4-20mA #4 30 m s A ec Feedback 9 s 0 ign se a c l 4-20mA % 12345 30 sec No f % unction V Control signal 2-10V 90 s V ec Feedback signal 2-10V #5 30 sec Run time 9 3 0 0 s s e e c c FlowCon B.0.3 / B.  0.4 Actuator  DIP switch Fun % ction ON % #1 % Normally Open % , CCW 90-0° 30 sec   Factory % setting % 90 sec Run time 80-110 sec Fun % ction OFF % Normally Close, CW 0-90° #2 No function #3 30 sec Run time 9 3 0 s s e e c c 123 30 sec No function 90 sec Run time 80-110 sec LED Status The LED indication is only visible when the actuator cover is removed.
