FlowCon PIM™-DP 65-150 mm (2 1/2”-6”) 1H95040 - 04/2020 Measurement Measure the ΔpCircuit on the p/t plugs (figure 2) while turning the adjustment . WAIT UNTIL THE VALVE STABILIZES ITSELF. Close off procedure 1. Turn the adjustment bolt under the cap (figure 2) clockwise to fully open position (max. 12.5 Nm). 2. Turn off the ball valve (figure 2) by position- ing the handle across the pipe and wait for at least 1 minute. Figure 3 3. Close the on/off bolt (figure 2) all the way by turning clockwise with a flat screwdriver on DN65/80 (2 1/2”) or a 13 mm (1/2”) Allen key on DN80/100 (3”/4”) and DN125/150 (5”/6”). To open the valve, please follow steps 1 through 3 in reverse order. Filter cleaning 1. Isolate the filter by turning the valve off (fol- low the close off procedure). 2. Then remove the copper tubing by loosening the connection nuts . Experiencing some water leaking is possible due to downstream pressure. 3. Remove the filter housing and thereafter remove the filter with a sharp pick. BE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE ENLARGEN THE FILTER. 4. Clean the filter and put it back in.
