INTRODUCTION The Danish Agro Group’s Sustainability Report 2023 serves as the Group’s statutory corporate social responsibility report in accordance with §99a and §99b of the Danish Financial State- ments Act and covers the financial year from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023. The Danish Agro Group’s Annual Report will explain the Group’s policy on data ethics in accordance with §99d of the Danish Financial Statements Act. The Annual Report is available on annualreport.danishagro.com This report covers a number of policies. These policies have all been adopted by the entire Danish Agro Group and thus also apply to all subsidiaries. The Danish Agro Group’s approach to sustainability is anchored in a sustainability strategy approved by the Group Management. This report also serves as the Group’s Communication on Progress report to the UN Global Compact. 4 2
