ABOUT THE DANISH AGRO GROUP Danish Agro is an independent cooperative-based company owned by around 8,300 Danish farmers. Danish Agro was established back in 1901 and is today one of the largest and most significant agricultural groups in Northern Europe with almost 5,500 employees in over 100 companies, primarily in Scandinavia and the Baltic Sea region. Danish Agro is a member of FEFAC, the trade association for European feed companies, DAKOFO, the trade organisation for the grain and feed trade in Denmark and the Danish Agriculture & Food Council. The companies in the Danish Agro Group primarily sell feed mixtures, raw material and vitamin mixtures, fertiliser, crop protection, seed grain and energy, and also buys crops from the agricultural sector. In addition, the Group deals in several strong agricultural machinery brands and operates an extensive chain of hobby and leisure retail stores. 3
