colleagues who have experienced work-related accidents in the workplace and their consequences were shared. In April, we organised a large-scale meeting with the participation of 170 leaders in Denmark, who received advice on how to support our ambition to achieve a safer working environment. Management is committed to leading the way in creating a stronger safety culture across business areas and locations. Therefore, we introduced three safety habits that were communicated to employees in the DLG Group through posters, postcards, articles and info screens to achieve a more robust safety culture: • Always COMPLY • Stay CURIOUS • Intervene to CARE HEALTH CHECKS AND FIRST AID COURSES IN DENMARK Every two years, employees are offered a physical health check. In 2024, 422 Danish employees accepted the offer, which included measurements of BMI, blood pressure and blood sugar, conducted by a nurse. This way, employees could gain insight into their health status and possibly be motivated and inspired to change their habits for better health. In addition, to ensure workplace safety, all employees in Denmark are set to receive life-saving first aid training. The training is mandatory and will make employees capable of handling emergencies such as sudden illness, injury and fire – both in the workplace, as a private person, and in public. The first sessions were held in November 2023 and until 2026, we expect to organise close to 30 one-day courses each year.
