ESG GOVERNANCE We work to ensure that the DLG Group operates in an economically, environmentally, socially and socially responsible manner. ESG and green transition are, therefore, key elements of our strategy and governance structure. Our Board of Directors and Risk & Compliance Committee guide our strategic direction and level of ambition, while the Executive Management Board and the Executive Committee ensure the necessary prioritisation, alignment and resource allocation across the DLG Group. The ESG Steering Committee focuses on operational decisions and ensures progress on the DLG Group’s ESG projects.
