To optimise operational processes, increase efficiency and pool competencies in the construction sector, five locations in the northern part of German joined forces to optimise sales and logistics in Team Infra. At the same time, a common management structure was established and the warehouse was reorganised. The new structure has resulted in more efficient management and increased transparency in all business processes. The concentration of competencies has also led to improved customer service. At the same time, the merger has resulted in a significant reduction in the number of transport routes and associated greenhouse gas emissions, but also a reduction in overall energy consumption. After a few years of declining markets, activities in the construction industry are expected to stabilise in 2025. To increase competitiveness, focus will be on a djusting Team Baus’ cost level and tied-up capital in the coming year.
