cultivation, purchase and resale of regeneratively grown malting barley from the 2024 and 2025 harvests. With the DLG Partnership concept, where the farmer leaves the management of selected products to DLG, the foundation has been laid for even closer cooperation between DLG and the cooperative members. In 2024, several product groups have been included in the concept, which a large number of customers would like to be a part of. From the 2025 harvest, as part of the partnership concept, cooperative members will also have the opportunity to let DLG handle the sale of crops. After several years of declining feed consumption due to a significant drop in pig production, there were signs of stabilisation in 2024. This has led to a reasonable utilisation of production equipment, which has been continuously adapted to the market we serve. CONTINUED TRANSFORMATION AND NEW PARTNERSHIP AT TEAM Although structural changes and declining livestock production continue to have an impact on the German agricultural sector, Team Agrar delivers a satisfactory result in 2024. After years of struggling with earnings, Team Agrar is beginning to reap the benefits of the transformation initiated a few years ago. Based on thorough analyses and a strong cost focus, Team Agrar has become a more competitive player in the German feed market, where it has managed to retain existing customers while gaining new ones. From among several areas with good performance, the German rapeseed business stands out. It delivers a great result due to fine raw materials with good oil content and a well-run rapeseed mill. In the autumn, Team Agrar announced plans for a new and strong joint venture with the Dutch listed com- pany, ForFarmers, a leading player in the feed market in Europe. With the partnership, the feed activities in Germany will be merged under the name ForFarmers Team Agrar. By joining forces, the parties will strengthen competitiveness in the German feed market, where the need for further consolidation still exists. A very well-run business has ensured a good influx of new customers, which has resulted in the company gai- ning market share. The profitable business is partly due to an efficient setup with low costs combined with the com- pany benefiting from Group synergies. Over the years, Svenska Foder has built a strong brand among customers who value the quality of its products. A SATISFACTORY RESULT IN THE BALTICS In 2024, Scandagra in the Baltics achieved a satisfactory result despite a challenging harvest that affected most of Europe.
