ABOUT THIS REPORT This is DLF’s consolidated annual report including both financial performance and sustainability progress. Our financial statement is externally audited while our sustainability review is a status update that has not been reviewed by the group’s external auditor. FINANCIAL REVIEW In our financial review, we have enhanced our business areas’ reporting transparency. In this report, we have now included the revenue split of our key business areas and a dedicated section for each of them with description of performance. SUSTAINABILITY REVIEW In 2023/24, DLF strengthened its sustainability focus to ensure environment and society considerations are integrated in our business. We recognise that many ESG areas lack sufficient data. We strive to report our activities as accurately as possible. In this report, we focus on explaining the rationale behind our approach. To ensure transparency and meet the requirements of our stakeholders and legislation, we made a change to our report that facilitates future alignment with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), which DLF is obligated to implement from financial year 2025/26.
