We actively work to improve environmental performance across all business activities and encourage our business partners to do the same. We recognize our most significant environmental impacts, including:  Waste generation  Emissions to air and water  Transport-related impacts  Consumption of energy, raw materials, and water Our approach is proactive, collaborative, and rooted in science-based targets to ensure measurable, long-term improvements. Scope This policy applies to:  All DK Company operations  All suppliers and business partners  The entire DK Company Group Our Operations DK Company measures and publicly reports absolute greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across all three scopes annually. Our climate goals have been approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), and we are committed to implementing the necessary measures to meet these targets. Key commitments include:  Maintaining annual GHG measurement and public disclosure  Taking appropriate action to achieve our approved science-based targets  Embedding climate and environmental considerations in business decisions Expectations for Suppliers and Business Partners All suppliers and business partners must:  Comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations  Obtain and maintain all necessary registrations, permits, and licenses  Implement procedures to prevent and mitigate negative environmental impacts  Extend these environmental requirements to their own supply chains 1Side 2
