Version Date DK Company A/S RASJ CSR BH CSR DKC PO8 2 13.08.2025 Subcontracting Policy Our Commitment To maintain safe working conditions and protect workers’ human and labour rights in accordance with national and international standards, it is essential for DK Company to have complete transparency in Tier 1, and for our Premium & Strategic nominated supply chains, to gradually increase transparency and accountability of associated Tier 2 production units. Our increasing transparency in Tier 2 also supports our ambition to reduce our environmental footprint, with priority focus on dyeing, printing, and washing units. This policy provides a framework for managing risks, influencing and monitoring conditions of linked production units, and ensuring compliance with applicable social and environmental regulations. The DK Company A/S policies, including the Amfori Code of Conduct, incorporate best practices outlined by the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP), the International Labour Organization (ILO), and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Subcontracting Subcontracting is permitted only if suppliers disclose all associated factories and subcontractors involved in manufacturing DK Company products in accordance with the DK Company Onboarding Program. Suppliers must complete and upload the required documentation, including valid third-party audits acknowledged by DK Company. By signing and submitting these documents, suppliers commit to our program and to upholding DK Company policies throughout their supply chain. Once approved, DK Company will authorize and activate Supplier and Factory IDs and notify the relevant DK Company Auditing Team, which will be responsible for monitoring the supply chain in the sourcing country or region. Our global auditing teams regularly visit approved suppliers and their authorized factories to provide guidance, capacity building, and support continuous improvement. Under no circumstances are suppliers permitted to initiate production at factories or subcontractors that have not been approved and authorized by DK Company. Supply Chain Transparency To improve supply chain transparency, DK Company works with approved Tier 1 suppliers and authorized associated factories to progressively develop greater visibility into lower- tier suppliers. These suppliers and factories are trained and guided to join our external traceability and certification platforms for the registration and upload of valid third-party audit reports, environmental assessments, verifications, and product certifications. 1
