Version Date DK Company A/S RASJ CSR BH CSR DKC PO4 2 13.08.2025 Child Labour and Young Worker Policy Our Commitment Child labour remains a significant challenge in the global supply chains of the textile industry, and DK Company recognizes that we source from countries where the risk of child labour may increase along the earlier stages of the supply chain. Additionally, the risks associated with child labour vary depending on continent, country, and region. This policy communicates our position on child labour and young workers. Labour performed by children is harmful mentally, physically, and socially, and it denies them their childhood. It also deprives children of their fundamental rights, e.g., education, which can help them secure a decent job that will support them, their future, and their family. DK Company has zero tolerance for child labour and is committed to ensuring that suppliers producing our products do not engage in child labour, nor fail to implement effective systems to prevent child labour from occurring at their production or work sites. We are dedicated to further developing our efforts and practices and are committed to acting ethically, with integrity, and with transparency in our business dealings by initiating effective systems and increasing controls to safeguard against any form of child labour taking place. To avoid child labour and to safeguard employment procedures of young workers in our own operations and our supply chain, we commit to the following: Ensure this Child Labour and Young Worker Policy is communicated to relevant stakeholders both internally and externally. Ensure all approved suppliers are guided and trained to identify risks related to child labour, young workers, and other forms of exploitation. Continuously implement systems to monitor and assess child labour prevention and young worker procedures in our approved supply chain. Ensure that any intervention will be carried out in the best interest of the child/young worker. Collaborate with international and local stakeholders to address challenges related to child labour and young workers in the garment and footwear industry. Our local DK Company Auditing and Compliance Teams will conduct unannounced onsite visits to verify that child labour does not take place and to monitor/safeguard the working standards of young workers. Our Objectives This policy outlines DK Company’s approach to identifying, preventing, and mitigating risks related to child labour/young workers within our operations and supply chains. The policy will help us meet international guidelines and legal obligations prohibiting child labour, as well as safeguarding the welfare of children and young workers. 1
