Our ethical sourcing practices focus on: Respect for human rights Safe and fair labour standards Animal welfare Environmental protection We are implementing initiatives to increase transparency, enforce strict supplier agreements, and conduct due diligence to ensure compliance throughout our supply chain. Ethical sourcing requirements and scope This policy outlines DK Company’s approach in sourcing regions where risks of human rights violations or environmental harm may be present. Our global supply chain and partners must commit to these requirements when sourcing and manufacturing products for DK Company. Sub-contracting Our supply chain onboarding process and transparency requirements are defined in the DK Company Sub-contracting Policy. Sourcing cotton Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan DK Company strongly opposes the use of child and forced labour. Multiple reports have documented the widespread use of both in cotton harvesting in Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. We require all suppliers and business partners to: Cease sourcing cotton from Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan Develop policies prohibiting sourcing from these countries Enforce this ban throughout their entire supply chain For further information, please refer to: http://www.cottoncampaign.org/ Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region (XUAR) DK Company A/S strongly condemns the use of child and forced labour in the cotton industry in the XUAR. Suppliers and business partners are prohibited from sourcing raw materials or finished goods from this region.
