It is a fundamental part of our business conduct to ensure that people, workers, and communities throughout our value chain are treated with dignity and respect. Our Human Rights Policy is guided by the following six international standards: The Universal Declaration of Human Rights The International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and the ILO Core Conventions The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, including the Gender Dimensions of the UNGPs The OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights The International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights These frameworks define the foundation for our efforts to both respect and promote human rights. When operating in countries where local regulations are less stringent than international human rights standards, we apply the higher standard – either the international framework or our own company standard. In line with international guidelines, businesses are expected to exercise effective due diligence to identify, prevent, and mitigate any adverse impacts related to human and labour rights, and to provide remedies if they have contributed to such impacts. We continuously evaluate our operations, procedures, and value chain to prioritize the areas where we have the greatest potential impact. Integrating human rights due diligence into our way of working is an ongoing process, and this policy supports those efforts. Scope This policy applies to DK Company and all our business partners, retailers, vendors, and suppliers. While our business can help promote human rights, our primary responsibility is to respect the rights of all individuals throughout our value chain. Suppliers – responsible sourcing We are committed to responsible sourcing and working closely with our suppliers and business partners to ensure that workers in our global supply chain are treated with dignity, fairness, and respect, in accordance with international human and labour rights standards. 1
