4 TITANIUM EXPANSION JOINTS Belman has designed and manufactured 4 pcs. DN100 Axial Expansion Joints, designed for 10 BarG (1 MPa) pressure, made completely from material titanium EN 3.7025 (Ti gr. 2) for a client in Norway. The reason for this special material was a client requirement due to the application being in a potentially aggressive environ- ment. For this project titanium was the right choice, as titanium has high tensile strength at elevated temperatures and most importantly extremely high corrosion resistance. Compared to its alternatives Titanium offers a lightweight construction which is why these Titanium Expansion Joints are weighing in at only 6 kg. Confidential Norway 2021-4721-02021

5 EXPANSION JOINTS FOR CARBON BLACK These 2-meter-long DN 500 Pressure Balanced Expansion Joints with external limiters is designed and manufactured for the air pipes in a carbon black plant.
