How do I know if my company is pre-qualified for the Volvo Corporate Program? Your dealer has access to a database of organisations registered with Volvo Car Australia. What must I provide to prove my eligibility? Your dealer can explain the very simple process, but basically all we need from your organisation is formal notification confirming your full time employment status. In the event my company is not registered as a Volvo Corporate Program client, how would we go about enrolling? The application is very easy. Our dealers will help your organisation complete it in full and will request any supporting documentation if required. You’ll then receive a notification of the outcome within two working day. Will I receive notification from Volvo Car Australia that my new vehicle is covered under the program? Yes. You’ll receive a letter from the Volvo Corporate Business Manager that outlines the benefits of the program and confirms your vehicle is enrolled. Are the benefits of the program available across the entire Volvo range? Yes, as long as the vehicle is supplied new. Used vehicles are not eligible. From time to time certain models will be excluded from the Corporate Program. Do I need to have my complimentary servicing completed by the dealer that supplied my vehicle? No, any Volvo dealer nationwide can undertake the complimentary servicing. What happens if I leave my current employer? You are covered for the full 3 years/60,000km free scheduled servicing, * 3 years unlimited kilometre factory warranty and 3 years roadside assistance. Corporate servicing is not transferable.
