The annual report has been prepared in accordance with the rules of the Danish Company Accounts Act regarding class C-companies. We consider the applied accounting policy appropriate. Accordingly, the annual report gives a true and fair view of the Group’s and Company’s assets and liabilities, financial position and result. We recommend that the annual report be approved at the annual general meeting.
