Rear Top Lining New innovative improvement of Mark Q MCI introduces another step towards the rivet & sealant free container interior through an improved connection of the inside top lining. The reefer container interior must appear hygienic and clean whilst water ingress from the inside into the foam must be avoided, at all times. A critical area is the connection between frames and body. MCI now introduces an improved way to connect the inside top lining. Advantages of new rear top lining Water tight Improvement with the removal of riveting holes and gaps between top plates and roof lining. Long lasting Elimination of stress at the connection area from thermal expansion/shrinkage of material through the new joint design. Strong 2 mm (formerly 1.4 mm) extrusion profile with Foam delamination protection (foam anchor). Superior appearance Smooth rather than riveted surface. Hygenic Non riveted surface is easier to clean and leaves no room for bacteria growth. Previous joint design New patented flexible joint design Flexible joint design eliminates stress Flexible joint eliminates stress at the connection area due to thermal expansion/shrinkage, and prevents water ingress into the foam. Delamination protection New foam anchors prevent foam delamination.
