Service bulletin no.: 00092 To: Star Cool Service Providers From: Star Cool service department Date: 18th January, 2018 Regarding: Alarm 700 FC missing information. Alarm 700 An unexpected and unintended alarm 700 - FC missing, can appear on CIM6 units which have controller software 355_02 & 355_03 installed. This is due to intermittent missing communication between the controller & FC, which can be corrected with a simple unit power cycle (power off, power on). Before starting normal diagnosis and troubleshooting for this alarm on units with 355_02 & 355_03, please power cycle the unit first and check if the AL700 is corrected. It is also recommended to upload the current software 355_04 if possible, prior to any further troubleshooting. If the AL 700 alarm should persist after the power cycle and software upgrade, proceed with normal diagnosis according to the alarm description.
