ANGLED SOLUTION ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ Number of Doors · An angled configuration must always consist of at least three doors, where at least two of the doors must be identical. SP build-ins may be necessary in order to get two identical doors. · If four doors are used, they must be "trip-trap". · As a starting point, all doors in an angled solution must have the same width. Tips · · · · · · Doors against sloping walls/space under the eaves must always run in the inner rail because of the guide. If possible, place a panel close to the door overlap. Pull- outs placed behind the door overlap cannot be pulled out. Roof plates of more than 1,500 mm should be supported by a flex panel in order not to bend. Estimate the shelves onto which the guide pin can be attached. The guide must be installed behind the door. If the "top width" is more than 2/3 of the door width, a guide should not be used. If two angled doors are used against a slanting wall, the guide of door 2 must be placed above the top of door 1. Doors with no room for top wheels are delivered with two guides. The guide runs in a guide rail. (Cf. illustration) The guide rail is mounted on a shelf behind a door. The length of the guide rail is equal to 2 x door width + 20 cm. If two doors that cover the sloped piece are used, the length is equal to twice the door width. The rail cover is installed on the guide rail to give a nice finish. Interior and Functionality · Instead of SP build-ins near the ceiling, a chest of drawers can be placed in continuation of the wardrobe against a slanting wall/space under the eaves. · It is appropriate to place the pull-outs to the right or left. This way they can be pulled out and you avoid thinking about the door overlap. · When arranging the wardrobe, do not forget to take into account the guide rail (must be placed on a shelf). Recommendation · If you do not know the measurements, we recommend setting up the wardrobe before measuring the sliding doors (a smaller risk for incorrect sliding door measurements). Measuring · See the "Measuring" section on the back of this product catalogue for more detailed instructions. · You can get a measuring form at service.ka-as.dk/en. 46
